Sign Your Voice was designed to allow for a more accessible environment for people who are deaf or hard of hearing. The Covid-19 pandemic has forced people to work from home and adjust to a completely new lifestyle on a short notice, this creates a technological barrier for people who are deaf or hard of hearing. How might we create an accessible work environment for everyone to feel understood and included?
